Can I pay in cash on the day?
Whilst you can’t pay cash, we do accept EFT and also have credit card options available. An invoice will be supplied and receipt of full payment will be needed to secure your booking.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that organising shoots can be difficult, so if you give us 48 hours notice, we are happy to re-schedule you at no additional charge.
Cancelations with less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
How long is the hire for?
Half day is 5 hours 8am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm
Full day is 10 hours 8am to 6pm
What if we need to shoot longer?
If you booked a half day it depends on other bookings, if you booked a full day you can run later at a cost of $55 per additional hour used.
What does exclusive hire mean?
This means you have exclusive use of the full studio with nobody else present. Someone will let you in and come to lock up after your shoot.
What does shared use mean?
Shared hire means there maybe other studio residents working at a desk and or shooting in another part of the studio.
Can I hire gear?
It depends, we don’t run a gear hire list but let us know what you need and we may be able to help you out.
What is included in the hire?
Included in your hire is use of polyboards with stands, shot bags, 1x Manfrotto superboom, Foba camera support as well as Water, Tea and Coffee.
Is there onsite parking?
There is 1 onsite parking spot available and the loading bay which is for bumping in only, otherwise there is all day on street parking on Blythe street.
Can we shoot video in the space?
Absolutely ! Whilst the studio isn’t sound proof ambient sound is minimal. We have had crews rolling on video with audio and the feedback we got was that the acoustics are fine.
